14 Day Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to submit a return request.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that it was received: unworn, unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support @oldstyleforlife .com . Returns must be shipped to the address provided, which may vary by region. We will provide the correct return information and instructions via email.

If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to ship your package. Please note that items returned without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Postage costs
You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracking method.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get a different item is to return the current item and make a new purchase once the return is accepted. We sometimes offer free size changes; if you need a different size, please email us and we will see how we can help. For variant, color, or product exchanges, you will need to return the item and place a new order.

Cancellations
Cancellations cannot be processed as our warehouse is fully automated. We purchase shipping labels and ship products within 12 hours of ordering. If you notice an error in your order (address, size or variant), please contact us immediately and we will try to honor your request.

Damage and Problems
Please check your order upon receipt. If you receive a defect, damage or an incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishables (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders, personalized items), and personal care items (beauty products). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials or flammable liquids. For questions about specific items, please contact us.
Note: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

14-Day Reflection Period for the European Union
If your merchandise was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The item must still be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags and in the original packaging, together with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will inform you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will automatically be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.
